SHIPPING COSTS AND SCHEDULE
Your candles are made to order and will ship within 6 to 10 days. Unless specified, orders are sent via DHL. Please allow 3-5 days shipping time. Current shipping costs are noted on the order page. DHL shipping fee is $8.95 in the continental US & $15.50 to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping via the US Post Office is available for $10.50 anywhere in the United States.

All of our candles are hand poured. Items may vary slightly depending on stock and may not be identical to product images shown. No responsibility is taken for the misuse in any way of the products sold or the information provided on this web site. Although great care and research went into creating the content, no liability is taken by soyummycandles or Yadayada LLC, arising out of the misuse or otherwise.
RETURNS ON RETAIL ORDERS
Customer service is our passion and we want you to enjoy your candles. Please contact us and share your comments. In the event you are not satisfied, refunds and/or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of reciept of the item. The item must be returned in original packaging. If there is damage due to inadequate packaging, no credit will be issued. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.
Please contact us immediately so we can report the damage to the shipper. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your driver and make a note of this fact on the delivery sheet. If the driver does not do this and you accept a damaged box, the shipper might not pay the claim of damages.
PRIVACY POLICY
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
